I have been using Docker for a while and I am comfortable running single containers. But as soon as I try to get two containers talking to each other I get confused.
For example I have a Node.js app and a PostgreSQL container and I cannot figure out how to get the app to connect to the database. I tried using localhost but that does not work inside a container.
Can someone explain how Docker networking actually works and what the right way is to connect multiple containers?
